Bryan A. Spring

After attending East Carolina University, Bryan joined the firm in 1998. 

He started at an entry level position and has gained diversified

experience serving business and individual clients.  Bryan is currently

the firm’s manager of Outsourcing and Controllership Services.  His

duties include financial statement reporting and analysis; cash flow

management; payroll management; HR compliance;  as well as full

back office support services.

In addition to general accounting experience, Bryan has years of

experience working with clients in fulfilling their tax compliance

requirements.

Bryan enjoys spending family time with his wife and son.  He is active in coaching youth sports and cub scouts.  Some of his other hobbies include fishing, golfing and supporting the local sports teams. 

Larry D. Spring, CPA

Larry has over 40 years experience in public accounting serving as the

managing partner at G.P. Graham & Company from 1983 until 1996,

when the firm merged to form Whelan Barsky & Graham.  With WBG,

Larry was the Director of the Outsourcing, Emerging Business, and

Controllership Services Division and also acted as Co-Director of the

Auditing Services Division.  In addition, Larry was the partner in-charge of GPG's and WBG's quality control system and review process.  In 1998, Larry left WBG to form L.D.

Spring, P.C where he serves as President & CEO.

Larry has extensive experience in the areas of financial statement reviews and compilations; small and medium size business services and consulting; controllership and outsourcing services; individual and business tax compliance and planning; estate and succession planning; merger and acquisitions.  He has vast business knowledge serving both for-profit and tax exempt organizations.

Larry considers the many relationships he has developed over the years to be much more than just professional in nature;  these are friendships, some of which span three generations.

Larry received his BCS in Accounting from Benjamin Franklin University, which is now a part of George Washington University.
